Agreement

By downloading or using AI Headshot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

AI Headshot lets you upload photos of yourself and generate a professional-style headshot using artificial intelligence. Results vary. We do not guarantee a specific likeness, style, quality, or outcome.

Credits and purchases

• The app sells one-time credit packs through Apple In-App Purchase. This is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• Generating a headshot uses one credit when the generation succeeds. If generation fails on our side after a credit is reserved, we attempt to refund that credit to your balance.
• Credits do not expire while the service operates, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
• Credit packs are consumable purchases. Apple’s restore flow does not re-deliver credits you have already used. Remaining balance is tied to your device / purchase account records on our systems.
• Prices are shown in the app and set in App Store Connect. Apple processes payment and handles refund requests under Apple’s policies.
• There is no free generation allowance. You need credits to generate.

Your content and license

You retain rights to photos you upload and headshots generated for you. You grant us a limited license to transmit and process those photos solely to provide the generation service (including via our providers such as OpenAI).

You represent that you have the right to upload the photos you submit, and that you will not upload photos of other people without appropriate permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass credit checks, rate limits, or security controls
• Reverse engineer or abuse the API
• Upload content you are not allowed to use

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.

AI limitations

AI-generated images can be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected. Do not rely on outputs as official identity documents. You are responsible for how you use generated images.

Availability

We may change, interrupt, or discontinue features. Third-party outages (for example Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, or OpenAI) may affect the app.

Disclaimer

AI Headshot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credits, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim (or, if greater is required by law, the minimum amount required by applicable law).

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
