By downloading or using Green Noise, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Subscription

• Green Noise offers a 3-day free trial for the weekly plan.
• After the trial, you will be charged the subscription price unless you cancel.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.

Use of the App

Green Noise provides ambient sound for relaxation, focus, and sleep. It is not a medical device and should not replace professional medical advice.

Intellectual Property

All content, audio generation algorithms, and design elements are owned by Green Noise.

Limitation of Liability

Green Noise is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
