These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of JPG to PDF (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
JPG to PDF lets you select images on your device, choose a page layout, and convert them into a PDF file. Conversion is performed on your device.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal or internal purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it.
Your Content
- You retain all rights to the images and PDFs you create with the App.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you convert.
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to process content that infringes others’ rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s normal operation
- Misrepresent the App’s origin or remove proprietary notices
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free or meet every formatting need.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the App.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or discontinue the App or these Terms where required by law or app store policies.
