By downloading or using Old Photo Restore Repair ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Service
The App provides AI-powered photo restoration tools including descratch, colorize, and restore features. Results may vary depending on photo quality and damage. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
- Free users receive a limited number of restores per day unless subscribed.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to use and process those images. Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass subscription or usage limits
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost data, restoration quality, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
