By downloading, installing, or using the Budget Tracker app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Budget Tracker is a personal finance tool that lets you set a budget, record expenses and income, and view summaries and charts. The App is intended for personal use only. Data is stored locally on your device.
The App is for tracking and organizing your own information only. It does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for the accuracy of any data you enter.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App or its data storage in an unauthorized way.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or its features at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will be available in all regions or on all devices. The App is currently offered for iOS (iPhone and iPad).
The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss of data, financial loss, or other damages arising from your use of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. As described in our Privacy Policy, data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve that data.
We may change these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
