You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

You keep ownership of the information, notes, dates, reminders, calendar entries, and other content you add to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Caluv a limited license to host, store, display, sync, process, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
If you connect with a partner, shared content may be visible to that partner. You are responsible for the content you choose to add or share through the Service.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, renewal periods, trials, and included features will be shown before purchase. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the app store or payment provider used for the purchase, unless otherwise stated.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the app store account used to subscribe. Deleting the app may not cancel an active subscription.
Notifications and Reminders
The Service may send notifications or reminders if you enable them. Notification delivery can depend on device settings, network conditions, and third-party services, so reminders are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where the owner of Caluv resides, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
